“The acceptance of the International Journal of E-Planning Research (IJEPR) for coverage in the Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) means that an external and highly-respected entity considered that the IJEPR meets consistently its well-established criteria regarding basic publishing standards, editorial content, and international focus,” states Dr. Carlos Nunes Silva, Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of E-Planning Research (IJEPR) and professor at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon, Portugal. “In the short term, this external recognition of the IJEPR as a journal that meets the highest publishing standards makes it more attractive for authors."
