Prof. Clarke initiated this book project motivated by a conversation highlighting the Queen Bee Syndrome in academia. With over 20 years of experience in the education field, she brings a wealth of practical insights. Her extensive professional background within academia uniquely positions her to address the Queen Bee Syndrome.
Addressing the Queen Bee Syndrome in Academia (ISBN: 9781668477175) is a book that not only draws from her collective experiences but also encourages a broader dialogue to eradicate this phenomenon from the academic workplace. Her longstanding commitment to education contributes to the depth and authority of their perspectives on the Queen Bee Syndrome.

Prof. Clarke: I have worked in the education field for 20 years. Dr. Moffett has spent over 30 years in education. He entered the profession as a bus driver and is now a tenured full professor.
How does your professional background support your ability to be an authority on this book's coverage?
