The study explores the effects of COVID-19 vaccine fake news on social media from the perspective of the elaboration likelihood model (ELM). The research model theorizes that factors of the central route and factors of the peripheral route influence panic vaccination intention through the third-person effect of fake news, personal norm, and the individual's attitude toward panic vaccination (i.e., the vaccination equivalent of “panic buying”). Data were collected via an online survey with 409 valid responses. The study applies partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses. The findings have theoretical and practical implications and provide insights to help reduce the spread of fake news on social media during an outbreak to better ensure that people are not misled by fake news.

As the global market continues to evolve and competition escalates, the business environment becomes increasingly competitive. How manufacturing companies improve their competitiveness has always been a topic of great concern. Service transformation and product innovation are key factors and are considered to be important ways for enterprises to stand out in the market. Traditional service transformation and product innovation processes often face complex problems, including the diversity of customer needs and fierce market competition. This makes it difficult for companies to accurately capture market opportunities, provide personalized solutions, and respond quickly to changes. At the same time, many companies also face problems with product quality control and production efficiency, which further weakens their competitiveness. It is against this background that the importance of computer vision technology has become increasingly prominent.

In today's dynamic business environment, numerous organizations are turning to cloud ERP implementation to enhance their operational efficiency and maintain uninterrupted business operations. Consequently, the literature has witnessed a surge in research at the intersection of cloud ERP and enterprise resilience (ER) over the past decade. This paper aims to present a systematic literature review (SLR) and the authors contribute to the existing literature by (1) exploring the connection between cloud ERP and ER, (2) analyzing how cloud ERP supports three key elements of ER—readiness, response, and recovery—and the intertwined mediators and moderators, and (3) proposing a conceptual framework at the nexus of cloud ERP and ER. The review concludes with suggestions for fruitful future research. Not only does this SLR carry several theoretical implications for the literature on cloud ERP and its impact on ER but also provides decision-makers with comprehensive insights into how cloud ERP reinforces ER, thereby ensuring the continuity of business operations in the turbulent business landscape.

Aiming at the emergency decision-making problem of major emergencies, this article proposes a large group emergency decision-making (LGEDM) approach with public opinions mining on hesitation fuzzy language term set (HFLTS). First, extract keywords that represent general preferences on events from the Weibo platform, classify keywords using the word similarity-based keyword clustering algorithm and identify decision attributes and their weights. Next, define the similarity measure and hesitation fuzzy entropy measure of HFLTS, quantify the decision risk of experts using the risk measurement model, and cluster all experts into several subgroups using the risk metric-based group clustering algorithm. Subsequently, assign clusters' weights on their risk value and size and obtain each cluster's preference matrix by the HIOWA operator. Finally, derive the ranking results of alternatives using the sorting process, and an example of “COVID-19” is presented to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Given the significant growth potential in households' energy consumption in China, studying household consumption behavior becomes even more valuable. This study explores factors influencing the shift in households' energy-saving preferences from habitual energy-saving behavior to consumption-oriented energy-saving behavior, as well as to analyze the potential for using other green alternatives to traditional energy in energy consumption. Empirical results reveal an inverted U-shaped relationship between household income and energy consumption, occurring when energy-saving awareness (ESA) exceeds a critical threshold. Below this threshold, household income is positively correlated with energy consumption. Further analysis indicated that once income exceeds the turning point, households' higher ESA leads to reduced energy consumption, indicating potential for green alternatives in higher-income households. Overall, the study highlights how awareness and income interact to shape energy-saving choices, emphasizing the potential for sustainable energy options in affluent households.

Although shadow banking widely exists in the financial systems of various countries, their definitions vary significantly due to specific economic and financial characteristics. This paper classifies Chinese shadow banking into six categories: securities, trust, private lending, banking, fund, and insurance. The AR-GARCH-DCC model is used to measure systemic risk spillover through from an industrial and institutional perspective. The network topology index is employed to analyze risk contagion and further explore influencing factors. Firstly, based on the results of the AR-GARCH-DCC, the estimated dynamic volatility (σ) indicates that shadow banking risk spillover is time-varying, especially in trust and securities. Second, according to the static risk spillover analysis, various institutions play different roles and can transform between risk spillovers and overflowers. Thirdly, eigenvector centrality, leverage, assets, CPI, and macroeconomic prosperity significantly impact shadow banking systemic risk spillover.

Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the energy-saving behaviors (ESB) of college students, who represent the backbone of the future society, is imperative for advancing energy conservation initiatives. This paper employs a PLS-SEM model with 2786 valid responses to investigate the determinants of college students' ESB within the comprehensive action determination model (CADM). The results show that (1) the applicability of CADM, including the theory of planned behavior, norm activation model, and ipsative theory of behavior, was confirmed in the context of college students' ESB. (2) The cultivation of energy-saving habits significantly contributes to the promotion of ESB. (3) The availability of energy-saving access has a positive impact on ESB. (4) Media's energy-saving promotional activities positively influence the energy-saving intention. (5) Energy-saving policy incentives exert a positive moderating influence on the transition from energy-saving intentions to ESB. Based on these empirical findings, this paper provides specific and target policy recommendations.

Digital inclusion (DI) is acknowledged not just as a foundation for economic advancement, but also as a noteworthy catalyst for societal development. This will lead to the reduction of the digital gap. Nevertheless, the pursuit of achieving DI has not undergone substantial scholarly examination. Through an in-depth analysis of the highly successful TaoBao Village in rural China, we propose a procedural framework illustrating the evolution of digital inclusion. This investigation highlights that the realization of digital inclusion relies on a self-determination mechanism, progressing through three distinct phases. Each phase, in turn, consists of three steps: Establishing motivational drivers, facilitating IS capabilities and extend of digital inclusion. Thus, this article constructs and presents a comprehensive process model of digital inclusion that vividly portrays the implementation of these three pivotal steps to bridge the digital divide.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, remote work became a prevalent practice for organizations, raising concerns about counterproductive behaviors like phubbing and cyberloafing. This research investigates the dynamics of these behaviors among employees working from home, focusing on social networking needs (SNN), perceptions of others' online behavior, and the pandemic's influence. Data from 222 remote employees were analyzed using structural equation modelling, revealing positive relationships between SNN, perceptions of others' online behavior, pandemic influence, and phubbing. Moreover, the study reveals the moderating effect of WFH on these relationships. These findings highlight the importance for HR practitioners and policymakers to understand and address phubbing and cyberloafing behaviors in remote work settings. This study fills critical research gaps, offering insights to mitigate the negative impacts of remote work policies, thereby enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. The chapter, therefore, aims to examine whether remote work can succeed amid rising phubbing and cyberloafing. Through analysis, it offers insights for HR and policymakers to manage these challenges effectively.

This study recommends a suitable model for evaluating supply chain collaboration in the natural forest products industry. We follow a two-step analysis: The first-order measurement model is leveraged to assess collaboration level, and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis develops the collaboration level by using four indicators representing customer and supplier firms as well as two specific indicators for each of them. Four items are common practices for both sides: joint sales forecasting, exchange of basic information, joint planning, and joint delivery improvement. Two practices are highly oriented toward customers: resource sharing of logistics assets and exchange of performance evaluation. Business-to-business practices engaged mostly with suppliers include the implementation of replenishment systems and joint new product development. Collaboration measurement between suppliers and client firms contributes to effectively manage the relationship between the supplier and client firms and can improve the competitiveness of participating firms in the network.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way customers interact with organizations and companies. There is a lack of research into AI-enabled customer experiences. Hence, this study aims to use the relevant literature to propose a conceptual framework for how the integration of AI in customer service can lead to an improved AI-enabled customer experience. Five propositions drawn from the reviewed literature present the main factors needed to ensure end users' acceptance of AI customer service in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our theoretical model extends the trust-commitment theory and service quality model, and incorporates perceived problem-solving ability, to address these factors and thereby guide the successful implementation of AI based customer service projects. The paper will help in understanding the key issues surrounding AI customer service applications that may support successful operations.

In the process of manufacturing supply chain development, because appropriate governance mechanisms are lacking, manufacturing supply chain stability, integration and other aspects face many challenges. Such as opportunism, “free riding” and data leakage affect supply chain development. Thus, many manufacturing firms are adopting supply chain relationship governance (SCRG) as a strategic to enhance performance. Using data collected from a survey of 295 manufacturing firms, this paper confirms the influence of SCRG on supply chain performance (SCP). The mediating effect of supply chain integration (SCI) and the moderating effect of digital capabilities (DCs) are explored. The results show that SCRG has a beneficial effect on SCP. SCI plays a partial mediating role in SCRG and SCP. DCs positively moderate the relationship between SCRG and SCI. This study is one of the first to explore the role of DCs in the relationship between supply chain partners and the impact on performance. It provides fresh perspectives and real-world evidence for determining the importance of SCRG strategies.

Given the unwieldy glut of information in online health question-answer (Q&A) service, it is essential to understand what constitutes helpful answers in the medical domain. Despite the fact that studies have examined the impacts of answer content factors on answer helpfulness, there are two gaps that need further analysis. First, the empirical results of the existing relevant studies on the effect of answer emotion are inconsistent. Second, prior studies only have examined the independent impacts of answer content factors and question content cues on answer helpfulness. To fill this gap, a research model reflecting the impacts of emotional content and question-answer congruence on answer helpfulness was developed and empirically examined. Our empirical analyses confirm that emotional content and answer helpfulness are related to one another in the form of an inverted U-shape and indicate that two types of question-answer congruence (emotional intensity congruence and linguistic style matching) positively affect answer helpfulness. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

How location choice influences innovation in MNCs has been the subject of controversy, and the examination of geographic concentration or dispersion is particularly insufficient. The question is, how will the decentralization or centralization of MNCs affect the communication and management of information among employees. To address this deficiency, this study introduces the concept of time synchronization and attempts to examine the relationship between MNCs location choice and corporate innovation quality from a new perspective. By gathering data from the Chinese internationalized firms, we found that time synchronization between parents and subsidiaries is positively associated with the innovation quality of parent firms, and the degree of digitization strengthens this positive relationship. This study underscores the crucial role of overlapping work time for employee interactions between parents and subsidiaries to acquire information in comprehending and absorbing overseas knowledge to improve the innovation quality of parent firms.

Climate change and digital transformation have significant effects on all aspects of society. With the increasing importance of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that represent governments' stand to respond to environmental challenges, this study investigates how state ownership affects green innovation and how digital transformation factors play a role at both the firm level and the provincial level. Based on the data analysis of Chinese listed firms between 2008 and 2021, we find that state ownership hinders green innovation. However, with a high degree of digital transformation at the firm level and digital innovation capability at the province level, the state ownership and green innovation relationship can be weakened. Overall, this study advances both green innovation and SOE innovation literature by bridging state ownership, green innovation, and digital-related factors. We advocate government and SOE managers to invest more in digital transformation and improve their digital capabilities for better green innovation output.

This study expands the limited research on chatbots by integrating factors from the unified technology acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model and the technology readiness index (TRI) framework to explain individuals' trust in chatbots within an online shopping context. According to our findings, customer readiness characteristics (innovativeness and optimism) positively affect customers' expectations of chatbots (effort expectations as well as performance expectations), whereas discomfort negatively impacts effort expectations but does not significantly affect performance expectations. In addition, our results indicate that customers' expectancy characteristics of chatbots will positively impact their trust in this technology. These outcomes highlight the importance of an individual's personality and his expectations of the chatbots which will lead to his trust in this technology within the online shopping context. The results provide insights into building trust in chatbots, thus increasing customer willingness to use them.

Diabetes management applications enable diabetes self-management in a more convenient and cost-effective manner. This study develops a push–pull–mooring model in order to understand patient-switching intentions to the conventional offline and the novel mobile diabetes management. Data collected from 412 adult patients with diabetes in China are analyzed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that push effects and pull effects have significantly positive effects on switching intention. Mooring effects negatively affect switching behavior. Meanwhile, the moderating effects of all three mooring factors (switching cost, offline habit, and private risk) on the relationship between both push-switching intentions and pull-switching intentions are also detected. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of patient switching intentions towards diabetes management applications and, accordingly, can help marketers, healthcare providers, and health policymakers develop and appropriate their future marketing and administrative strategies.

Managers of e-commerce platforms and online retail stores have noticed a connection between the consumer online service experience (COSE) and the inclination to engage in online impulse buying behaviour (OIBB). Previous research has shown that COSE can influence OIBB, but the specific relationships between the emotional and utilitarian dimensions require further investigation. This study aims to fill this gap by examining how attitudinal loyalty serves as a mediator between COSE and OIBB. A survey-based quantitative methodology was employed to gather data on the attitudes and behaviours of 1,504 online shoppers. The collected data were analysed using structural equation modeling, revealing a positive relationship between the examined COSE factors and OIBB, with attitudinal loyalty acting as a mediator. Although the regional biases and cross-sectional nature of the study are limitations, the results are generally applicable. However, future research utilizing a longitudinal approach and a broader geographic sample would provide valuable insights.

We investigate how digital management innovation influences external knowledge search so as to survive the digital environment. Through 201 firms that apply big data technology in China, we find that management innovation positively contributes to both science-oriented and market-oriented external knowledge search. Specifically, digital orientation accentuates the positive relationship between management innovation and both external knowledge searches. The theoretical contribution extends the related research of knowledge management theory, integrating the institutional perspective and rational perspective of management innovation for explaining how an organization establishes new standardized and institutional routines with digital tools, ensuring efficient external knowledge search. Practical contributions indicate that firms should attach importance to management innovation for establishing governance systems that are beneficial to searching outside knowledge and keeping competitive advantage.

Achieving Zero-carbonizing electricity growth is a priority decarbonization issue. Multi-pronged policies such as TGC, RPS, and CET have been implemented in the power sector. How to deal with the different pressures generated by the above policies in minimizing costs at the same time is an important issue worth discussing. This paper constructs the framework that includes TGC futures trading, carbon emissions trading, and inter-provincial power trading under the quota system. Specifically, we construct the realization cost function of the RPS target, carbon cap and electricity demand, divide the provinces into buyers and suppliers, optimize the power generation, and distribute the gains based on the Shapley Value method. A simulation analysis of four Chinese provinces showed that each province has gained more benefits and less carbon emissions from inter-province trading, resulting in a win-win situation. Those conclusions provide some insightful references for the future development of power market design and decarbonization.

Despite analytical advancements, firms have yet to realize the full potential of big data marketing analytics (BDMA) because the poor quality data restricts customer predictions and insightful decisions. Technology and market uncertainty create challenges in understanding business needs, choosing analytical tools, determining customer insights, and market trends. This study aims to assess the quality of marketing analytics, including technology and information quality. Data were collected from 236 North American respondents working in firms with at least limited experience in the deployment of BDMA. The analysis tool was PLS-SEM. The findings supported the hypothesis that technology and market uncertainty negatively influence the quality of analytical outcomes. This study makes a significant theoretical and methodological contribution to BDMA literature by assessing the quality of analytics as an integrated formative construct.

Low-carbon travel is widely recognized as an important strategy for reducing energy consumption, mitigating pollution emissions, and alleviating traffic congestion. This study utilizes a sample of 2167 residents from four Chinese cities and employs the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in conjunction with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to obtain more information about the determinants of Low-carbon travel behavior (LTB). Key findings include: (1) The extended TPB proved to be highly applicable to the analysis of LTB, with perceived behavioral control (PBC) exhibiting the most influential factor, and the relationship between PBC and LTB is partially mediated. (2) Gender, education, and commuting distance positively affect LTB, while income, private car ownership, and possessing a driver's license demonstrate significant negative effects. (3) Concern for environmental quality significantly enhances LTB. In contrast, perceived traffic congestion significantly reduces LTB. Based on the empirical results, targeted and implementable policy recommendations are proposed.

As an emerging information retrieval technology, mobile visual search (MVS) has considerable development potential and broad market application prospects. Although many studies have explored user behaviors with various information technology artifacts, few have specifically investigated consumers' MVS intentions and behaviors. For filling the gap, this study is to integrate perceived contextual offer (PCO) and implementation intention into the theoretical model of UTAUT2, aiming to explore potential predictors of Chinese consumers' MVS usage intention and behavior. The results showed that consumers' perceptions of contextual offer, performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, and their using habit had significant effects on consumers' MVS usage intention. Habit, usage intention, and facilitating conditions showed significant predictive power for consumers' MVS implementation intention and their further usage behavior. Additionally, habit and usage intention indirectly influenced consumers' MVS usage through the complementary mediation of implementation intention.

China's robust renewable energy sector expansion has spurred academic inquiry into the underlying driving forces. Recent studies have highlighted the correlation between the growth of renewable energy and project financing and the pivotal role of information management in financing. Based on this, we use business data from Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2021 to investigate the relationship between renewable energy business development and financing. Furthermore, we introduce social and enterprise information to explore their impact on this relationship. Our findings reveal that: (1) Expansion of renewable energy businesses enhances fund availability mainly through endogenous financing. (2) “Anti-dumping and countervailing” (“Double-anti”) investigations significantly hinder financing for expanding renewable energy businesses, while industrial policies mitigate these effects. (3) Complex international backgrounds combined with domestic market-government interactions promote renewable energy enterprises to apply information management technology for financing.

Governments sometimes release information implicitly, and citizens have to understand their illocutionary acts. The present study examines when and how illocutionary acts encourage citizens to disseminate government information. Based on the Speech Act Theory, Study 1 demonstrates that commissive illocutionary acts make citizens in a low-power distance culture more likely to disseminate information. In contrast, directive illocutionary acts make citizens in a high-power distance culture more likely to disseminate information. Study 2 confirms the underlying mechanism of perceived social exchange relationship by looking at the interaction effects between illocutionary acts and power distance perception in a single cultural setting. By crawling 10,000 government microblogs, Study 3 provides objective evidence for the interaction between illocutionary acts and power distance perception on citizens dissemination behavior of information. Finally, we discuss theoretical implications for government information dissemination, managerial implications, and future research directions.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a research model to investigate the relationships between dynamic capabilities, business model innovation, and business performance. The moderating role of digital transformation in the research model is also examined. A total of 262 managers in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were enrolled via an online questionnaire. Data is scrutinized by partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. The findings of this study reveal that dynamic capabilities can positively affect business model innovation and business performance. Furthermore, business model innovation partially mediates the relationship between dynamic capabilities and business performance. Meanwhile, digital transformation has a positive moderating role in the aforementioned relationships. These findings bridge the research gaps in extant literature and contribute to theoretical and practical implications for SMEs.

The pressure of climate change and policy guidance has attracted plenty of enterprises to expand their renewable energy business, presenting an opportunity to investigate whether latent information can contribute to improved performance in their transformation. This context also offers a broader application scenario for studying information management theory. Therefore, this paper explores the above topic using business data from listed Chinese renewable energy companies between 2003 and 2021, focusing on three aspects of latent information related to diversification. The findings reveal that: 1) Market power information plays a fundamental role in explaining the performance enhancement from renewable energy business expansion, and non-dedicated resource information is a significant factor for understanding the enhancement, whereas agency problems have no significant effect. 2) The latent information exhibits notable heterogeneity concerning the expansion of renewable energy business among enterprises with different transformation backgrounds.

The fast-growing use of gamification in e-learning underscores its potential to enhance individuals' learning performance and experience. However, the mechanisms through which key gamification element influences people's learning remain unclear. This study addresses this gap by investigating how distinct leaderboard directions influence individual learning performance and satisfaction. We conduct a randomized experiment to examine these effects and explore the underlying mechanisms. Our results show that upward leaderboard improves learning performance and satisfaction by fostering learning effort and active exploration. In contrast, downward leaderboard enhances learning performance and satisfaction through self-efficacy and self-expansion. Interestingly, the effect of lateral leaderboards on learning satisfaction appears not associated with the development of personal meaning. This study contributes to current research and practice by providing important insights for effective gamified e-learning design, implementation, and use.

The 3D printing cloud platform (3DPCP) plays a pivotal role in breaking down the information silos between supply and demand, effectively reducing waste through information integration and intelligent production. However, due to the complexity of 3DPCP scheduling in green scenes and the multidynamic information perturbations, unveils problems in traditional task scheduling methods in 3DPCP. These issues manifest as incomplete considerations, subpar green performance, and weak adaptability to dynamic changes. There is an urgent need to design practical methods to realize the multidynamic information perturbations in green scenes within 3DPCP. Therefore, this article first defines the 3DPCP task scheduling problem for multidynamic information perturbation in green scenes. Second, the article proposes a task scheduling model and a heuristic task scheduling strategy to minimize both the average cost and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions per unit of quality product. Finally, the article validates effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy through simulation experiments.

In this article, we focus on how leader narcissism affects employees' knowledge management behavior, including knowledge sharing, knowledge hiding, and knowledge manipulation. The questionnaire was administered to 260 employees in mainland China to test our hypothesis. Results showed that leader narcissism is significantly related to employee knowledge management behaviors. Specifically, leader narcissism is negatively related to employee knowledge sharing, and is positively related to employee knowledge hiding and manipulating. Employee trust in management mediates these relationships, and power distance orientation moderates the relationship between leader narcissism and employees' trust in management. Our study discusses theoretical and practical implications.

Live steamers play key roles in enhancing brand equity in live commerce. Understanding the mechanism of how streamers impact brand equity in live commerce is of great significance for firms to launch live streaming, influencer, and engagement marketing campaigns. Building on social support, consumer engagement and brand equity theories, this study investigates the impact of perceived streamer support on consumer engagement, which in turn affects brand equity in live commerce settings. Based upon analysis of the data from 264 questionnaires with SmartPLS3.0 software, the results demonstrate that 1) perceived emotional, informational and financial support positively impact brand engagement, streamer engagement and live studio engagement separately; 2) brand engagement and streamer engagement positively impact brand equity respectively; and 3) streamer engagement positively impacts brand engagement and live studio engagement respectively. The findings provide conducive guidance for firms to develop live streaming, influencer, and engagement marketing campaigns.

This study aims to examine the relationship among green innovation performance (GIP), sustainable performance (SP), and green talent management (GTM) through the lens of natural resource. It investigates the moderating impact of organizational corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment and the mediation influence of green core competencies (GCC). GTM is deemed crucial in the development of sustainability programs. Subsequently, it gathered employee data from 362 Pakistani small- and medium-sized enterprises based on judgmental sampling. Finally, by employing SmartPLS 4 software, the research conclusion finds the following: GTM advances GCC, expands a company's pledge to CSR, and boosts the link between GTM and environmental outcomes. The research underlines the importance of organizational commitment to CSR and green core competencies to understand the dynamics between GTM and sustainable performance and green innovation. Lastly, the value of a comprehensive personnel management strategy to promote eco-friendly behavior is demonstrated.

Consumers' worse-than-expected disconfirmation in ecommerce settings leads to several negative consequences, such as product returns and sales reductions. In contrast to common remedy strategies, a novel, proactive strategy, consumer inoculation, was employed in our study to alleviate consumers' disconfirmation responses. A two-phase (prepurchase and postsale) longitudinal experiment was conducted to examine the effects of prepurchase inoculation and booster inoculation on consumers' disconfirmation responses. A chi-square test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that consumers who received the booster inoculation exhibited significantly weaker disconfirmation responses (less dissatisfaction, fewer return intentions, and weaker negative word-of-mouth intentions). Our research can provide meaningful implications for inoculation research and practical value for ecommerce companies to reduce postsale costs.

Through an exploration of the underlying mechanisms driving users' algorithmic avoidance in intelligent recommendation systems, this study aims to facilitate a positive interaction between users and technology, providing theoretical guidance for the efficient operations of enterprises using intelligent recommendation systems. The research integrates the theories of information ecology and psychological resistance, establishing a model of influencing factors on users' algorithmic avoidance in intelligent recommendation systems. Utilizing a structural equation model, the study conducts analysis and validation on data collected from 506 questionnaires. The findings reveal that algorithmic transparency and perceived manipulation significantly impact the users' algorithmic avoidance in intelligent recommendation systems. The sense of being manipulated emerges as a crucial psychological factor leading to algorithmic avoidance, playing a complete mediating role in the influence of information quality, homogeneous recommendation, and algorithmic transparency on algorithmic avoidance.
