Kateryna Tryma Guest Researcher of the University of Bayreuth, Germany. Previous to this job, she was the Senior Researcher of the Unit for Cooperation between Universities and Society, Institute of Higher Education, NAESU. Her responsibilities included enhancing the learning environment through instruction, applied research, and service that support the institutional mission. Before becoming Senior Researcher she worked as a Senior Lecturer at Mariupol State University in Mariupol. She gained broad theoretical, practical, and teaching experience with specializations in the following areas: global civil society and global democracy, NGOs, e-civil organizations, and information security. Kateryna got PhD in Political Sciences in 2011, the thesis theme: “Globalization as a factor for the transformation of Ukrainian civil society (NGOs analysis)”. She is a contributor to more than 100 research works. She has 2 Masters degrees: Company Economics, Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after M. I.Tugan-Baranovsky, Kryvyi Rih, and International Relations, Mariupol State University (2005). Scientific interests: NGOs, civil society, the European Union.
Emilia Alaverdov , Ph.D. in Political Science, professor, Faculty of Law and International Relations since 2011. She received her bachelor's degree in Languages and Literature, has been awarded a qualification of Philologist of English Language and Literature and Spanish Language and Literature, Ilia Chavchavadze State University, Tbilisi, Georgia. Has a master’s degree in International Relations and Politics from the Diplomatic Academy of Georgia. She defended her doctoral thesis, “Islamic Factor in the History and Modern Russia” at Georgian Technical University and was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Political Science in 2013. Her research interests include religion, migration, and European and Russian studies. She is the author of 1 monograph and 1 textbook, an editor of 6 books, has participated in more than 50 international scientific conferences (among them majority abroad) and published more than 30 articles, and 6 book chapters.
Muhammad Waseem Bari Educator, trainer, consultant, and researcher who prioritizes public education, scientific advancement, and students’ engagement. Excels in increasing awareness and education by making complex topics accessible and interesting to a broad audience. Over 15 years’ experience as a business consultant and educationist. Key working areas are knowledge management, international strategic human resource management, organizational changes, and employees’ performance. Impactful communicator and excel at seeing the big picture, identifying the gaps, managing organizational changes, employees’ relations, and conflict resolutions. Highly driven to achieve organization goals.
