V. Suganya is currently working as an Assistant professor in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani, Chennai. She has Seven years of experience in this field and she has high interest towards research activities. Her specialization in management includes HR and Marketing Management. She did her Ph.d in Amet University in the discipline of HR under the topic of Work life balance among women police in Chennai and its impact on job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing.
