Ushmita Gupta is a seasoned academic visionary with over 15 years of experience, specializing in subjects such Economics & Economic theory. With an unwavering passion for education, my current role as a Senior Assistant Professor at Sri Balaji University Pune is a testament to my commitment to shaping the future of students. My academic journey began at Avadh Girls’ Degree College, Lucknow in 2008. A pivotal moment in my academic voyage was the completion of my Ph.D. at the University of Lucknow in 2012, Participation in national and international seminars & conferences has been a cornerstone of my career, providing me with the platform to present research papers, engage in meaningful discussions, and contribute to the intellectual growth of my peers and students.
