She has completed her PhD in Marketing Management and a Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development, Pune Chapter. She has around 19+ years of experience teaching undergraduate as well as post graduate students and has 3 PhD scholars pursuing their PhD under her. She has published various papers in National as well as International journals and has 2 patents and 1 copyright credited to her name. She also has 2 Chapter Published.
