P. Bhanumathi

P. BhanumathiP. Bhanumathi is an Associate Professor and Head Academics at M S Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bangalore. She completed her Ph.D. in Knowledge management from the University of Mysore. She has qualified in UGC NET and AMT certification from AIMA and has over 19+ years of teaching and eleven years of research experience. Ph.D. Guide ship @ Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences and the University of Mysore. Best Capstone Project Award 2023 on “Leadership Style Prediction Using Data Science & ML models from Boston -RVCE Centre of Excellence in AI research and Business solutions, RVCE, Bengaluru. She has four patent publications to her credit. Her thesis identified knowledge management enablers and processes for select SMEs in and around Bangalore and suggested a feasible model for improving organizational performance. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals, including UGC-listed and ABDC journals and a few reputed conferences. She handles courses in HR, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and General Management. She is a reviewer of the Journal of Human Resource Management, the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and many other top universities.
