Muhammad Rafiq , PhD is working as an Assistant Professor HRM at UCSI Graduate Business School, UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. His research interests include Employee Job Insecurity, Employee Wellbeing, Personnel Resources, Job Stress, Job (Re)design, and Cross-cultural Studies in Psychology and Organizational Behaviour fields. He has published research articles in well reputed international journals such as , , . He has presented papers at several international conferences.
