Laura Ann Jones

Laura A. Jones is a seasoned thought leader, educator, strategist, practitioner, and coach. Her specialties include cybersecurity leadership, cybersecurity and operational risk management, and reputation risk management. Dr. Jones previously served as an associate dean, and she currently serves as a guest lecturer for various institutions. She earned a Ph.D., a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, and a postgraduate certificate. She also holds several professional certifications, and she has completed executive education programs in artificial intelligence, risk management, and decision sciences. Dr. Jones is a doctoral chair at Capitol Technology University and an adjunct instructor at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Jones is an international speaker and has several multidisciplinary academic publications.
