Kamolrat Intaratat is an Associate Professor at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU), Bangkok, Thailand. She is Director & Founder of The Research Center of Communication and Development Knowledge Management (CCDKM) as well as Chair of Communucation Arts for ASEAN International Program (Master Degree Program) at STOU.
