Andreja Primec

Andreja Primec , Ph.D., began her judicial career at the High Court in Maribor. After passing the national judicial examination, she joined the Chair of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor. She holds the associate professor of law position at the same institution and the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska. Her academic and professional pursuits include commercial, business, European Union, and intellectual property law. Dr. Primec has authored and co-authored numerous scientific and professional publications she disseminates through national and international journals. Additionally, she presents her research at various scientific and international conferences in her home country and abroad. Her contributions demonstrate her expertise in interdisciplinary integration and her adeptness at addressing complex legal and societal issues.
