They are understood as innovations that modify processes, products, and services or even recursion itself. They enable new ways of operationalizing and thinking tactically and strategically. It refers to organizations, consumption, different industries and phygital transformation. The results generally occur over the long term and after numerous academic investigations. They can become popular in a few days, or they can take years to become popular. Cost, interoperability, and the human-machine interface are elements that can enhance use. The public becomes familiar with software and hardware that is accessible, approachable, enhances a satisfactory user experience and has reduced financial costs for the consumer. In order to avoid side effects, it is essential not to cause damage to the social and cultural ecosystem. Accessibility, convenience, and simplicity must be considered, and diversity and sustainability must be included in the process, services, and product. The consumer experience is present from prototyping.

Abstract
When artificial intelligence is in evidence and promotes economic, social, and cultural impacts, human skills must be enhanced and praised in relation to artificial intelligence. This chapter was written based on qualitative methodology and exploratory studies by reading current reports and articles at the time of writing. The objective was to highlight a reflection on the learning experience about four behavioral profiles. The potential of artificial intelligence was highlighted, as well as upskilling and reskilling for the professions of the future. It was concluded that understanding the world should be contained in learning experiences and different behavioral profiles have dissimilar ways of thinking and acting. The lack of knowledge regarding the operationalization of artificial intelligence can weaken human options in digital and physical transformation.
