Abstract
The philosophical dimensions of women's empowerment and nurture in all spheres of life will be addressed in this chapter. Additionally, there will be an effort to look at the problems and obstacles those women's empowerment faces both globally and on the Indian subcontinent. Another endeavor would be launched to examine the situation in the Indian Subcontinent with a small survey of women in senior roles across several industries. The chapter also provided instances of empowered women from the Indian subcontinent.
