Sang-Bing Tsai is currently a researcher and visiting professor at Nankai University and Shanghai Maritime University. He is both Technology Management and Business Management PhD. His major is computer science. He has published many research articles in SCI / SSCI journals, including Journal of Global Information Management, International Journal of Web Services Research, Advances in Mechanical Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics-Systems, Plos One, Environment and Planning B-Planning & Design, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, etc. His recent research interests in Information Management, Web Service Management, Computer Science, Fuzzy System and Applied Mathematics.
