Despite advancements in gender equality, women in business and public sectors still face unique challenges. Organizational uncertainty and societal expectations often hinder their professional growth and contributions. By presenting theoretical frameworks and real case studies, the book illuminates the transformative potential of women in leadership roles. It aims to enhance understanding of women's approaches and styles in professions, offering actionable insights for navigating the complexities of modern organizations.
