Azhar Shadab is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management. In 2010, Azhar Shadab completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) in Bhopal, India. He earned a Master of Technology in the same field from Jaypee University of Information Technology in Waknaghat, Himachal Pradesh, India, in 2012. By 2023, he had achieved his Ph.D. from the Electronics Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Throughout his career, Shadab has been involved in significant research projects, including one funded by the Department of Atomic Energy-Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (DAE-BRNS), in partnership with the Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) in Indore, India, and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIR) in New Delhi, India. This project focused on developing fiber optic sensors using various 2D materials. Additionally, he has contributed to a project supported by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, which concentrated on biomedical sensors. His research interests currently lie in optical fiber sensors, including fiber Bragg grating sensors for detecting chemicals and gases, and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors.
Dr. Purnendu Shekhar Pandey received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad India. Currently, he is associated with the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) of G L Bajaj Centre for Research and Incubation, Greater Noida as a General Manager and Electronics & Communication Engineering Department, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India as an Assistant Professor. He has more than decades of experience in academic research and Innovation. He has published more than 70 high-quality research articles in national and international SCI journals and conferences. He has also authored a textbook titled "Power Line Carrier Communication and Arduino-based Automation", (Research India Publication, 2017). He also worked as a JRF under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) sponsored project at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, India. He holds 35 patents published and 01 granted patent. He is a member of SPIE and a Senior member of IEEE. He also mentored several startups to scale up. He reviewed several research article in IEEE Sensor Journal, IEEE Access, Plasmonic, etc. His current research interests include optical sensors, nano and biophotonics, photonic and plasmonic devices, as well as Wireless sensor networks, and biomedical engineering.
Dr. Mayank Singh is currently working as Professor and Dean (Research) at G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India. Prior to this, I worked as Professor at JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida and Director at Consilio Research Lab, Tallinn, Estonia. He also worked as Postdoctoral Fellow at Univeristy of KwaZulu-Natal Durban, South Africa, and Professor & Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad from January 2013 to September 2017. He has 19+ years of extensive experience in IT industry, Academics and Research in India and abroad.
Dr. Singh has published around 100+ research papers in peer reviewed Transaction, Journals and Conferences of National and International repute and has supervised 14 M. Tech and 9 PhD students. He is currently also serving as a Life Member of Computer Society of India (CSI), Life Member of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Senior Member of IEEE, Senior Member of ACM, Senior Member of IACSIT, and Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He is also serving for IEEE Committees as a TPC Member and designated Reviewer for various IEEE Conferences. He has organized several international conferences with reputed publishers like IEEE, Springer, Taylor and Francis, IOP etc.
Dr. Singh is currently serving as Review Member, Research Grants Council (RGC), Hong Kong (Research Council) since 2016. He is also serving as Reviewer for IET Software, IEEE Communications, IEEE TENCON, IEEE Sensors, The Journal of Engineering, IET Wireless Sensor Networks, and Program Committee Member of innumerable IEEE & Springer International Journals and Conferences Worldwide.
Dr. Manoj Kumar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at MLR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. He specializes in semiconductor devices, electronic product design, device driver development, IoT, and machine learning. Dr. Kumar has a robust academic background with a Ph.D. in Thin Film Transistor Fabrication - VLSI from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and has accumulated a wealth of teaching experience across various institutions. His research accomplishments include several published patents in quantum computing, lightweight block ciphers for IoT applications, and advancements in optoelectronic materials. Dr. Kumar has also made significant contributions to the scientific community with publications in SCI Q1 journals and conferences. He is actively involved in cutting-edge projects, such as the development of Li-Fi-enabled smart sensor networks for Indian railways and collaborative research with Oregon State University. Dr. Kumar's current academic focus includes the growth and development of metal-oxide thin films and nanostructures for opto-electronic applications. His technical skills span across programming languages, embedded systems, and simulation tools, enhancing his teaching and research capabilities in areas like IoT, optical communication, and VLSI.
Dr. Yadvendra Singh is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in the fields of optical fiber sensors, plasmonics, nanophotonics, and nanostructured optical configurations. He completed his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, focusing on the theoretical and experimental study of special featured Fiber Bragg Gratings and Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensors. His post-doctoral work spans prestigious institutions including Oregon State University in the USA and the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in India. Dr. Singh has made significant contributions to the academic world through numerous publications in high-impact journals, conference presentations, book chapters, and patents. He has published extensively in areas related to optical and quantum electronics, nanotechnology, and sensor development. His work includes the development of novel sensors for hazardous chemical detection and food quality assessment, with applications in industrial and clinical diagnostics. He has been recognized for his contributions with awards and honors, including the SERB National Post-Doctoral Fellowship and Best Paper Awards at international conferences. Dr. Singh is also an active member of several professional societies, including IEEE (Senior Member) and the Optica, showcasing his commitment to advancing research and development in his field. Currently, Dr. Singh is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Oregon State University, where he continues to work on groundbreaking research projects aimed at developing innovative sensing technologies.
