Editor/Author Biographies

C. Lorraine Webb is the Assistant Dean for Academics and a Professor of Curriculum & Instruction. She has been at Texas A&M University-San Antonio since 2010, and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Classroom Management, Educational Technology, Teaching & Pedagogy and English/Language Arts Methodology. Prior to coming to TAMU-SA, Dr. Webb was an Assistant Professor at Texas Wesleyan University. She also taught grades Kinder through 8th at public schools in the Waco and Dallas areas and worked in the Department of Curriculum in Richardson ISD. Dr. Webb earned a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum Instruction degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She also earned a Master of Science in Educational Technology degree from A&M-Commerce. Although beginning her undergraduate work in Texas, Dr. Webb completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Webb has been published in several national and international journals. She contributed a chapter in a book published in 2021. Her main areas of research include technology integration and teacher preparation.

Amanda L. Lindner is an Assistant Professor of Literacy at Texas A&M University–San Antonio. Her areas of research include determining and providing effective and appropriate literacy instruction for students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
