Synthesis and application of nanoparticle (NPs) in the last decade has demonstrated multiple benefits in various sectors, including agro-industry such as development of nano-based fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, etc. In populated countries, NPs might have a remarkable influence on overcome the poverty, hunger, malnutrition, and child mortality rate. In agriculture, NPs are rapidly using to overcome various biotic and abiotic stresses, protect disease and paste, eliminate toxic metal stress, improve nutrient use efficiency, increase soil microbial functionality, boost soil fertility, and improve yield quality. However, the minimum input for maximum output theory is still required to explore, so, the actual benefits could be harvest by nano-enhanced product input in agriculture. It is also important to evaluate the negative aspects of the use of NPs in agriculture.
