Editor/Author Biographies

Sandra Maria Correia Loureiro is a Professor of Marketing at the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa ISCTE-IUL and a researcher in the Business Research Unit (BRU/IUL) and SOCIUS Research Centers. She is the Director of Portuguese Marketing & Management SBU of GAMMA (Global Alliance of Marketing and Management Associations). Her current research interests include relationship marketing (Brand coolness), tourism marketing and the connections between marketing and VR, AR and AI. Her papers have been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals that include Journal of Marketing Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing, Journal of business research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Cleaner Production or Journal of Brand Management. Her work has also been presented at respected international conferences such as EMAC, ANZMAC, and KAMS-GMC. Sandra serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences and has participated in several research projects funded by the EU and FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology). She recently won the 2012 Best Paper Premier Award presented by the Global Marketing Conference (comprised of EMAC, ANZMAC, KSMS, and the Japanese Association of Marketing), Highly Commended paper Award 2014 7th EuroMed Conference, Best Paper Award 2016-ICCMI 2016, Highly Commended paper Award 2016 9th EuroMed Conference, Highly Commended paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence for paper 'Exploring behavioural branding, brand love and brand co-creation' published in Journal of Product & Brand Management, Best Paper Award TomiWorld 2017 for Marketing, Promotion & Consumer Behavior and Highly Commended in the 2018 Emerald Literati Awards for the paper “Wine prestige and experience in enhancing relationship quality and outcomes ” . She also has several outstanding award, such as: Outstanding contribution in reviewing to the quality of the journal for Journal of Business Research 2018.
