Editor/Author Biographies

Muhammad Nawaz Tunio is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Tunio is Ph.D. in the Doctoral track Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development, from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria. He won a Ph.D. fellowship from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He was awarded a young scientist research fellowship for the Kent State University, Ohio, the USA by the Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt. His field of research interests is entrepreneurship, careers, youth development, and self-employment. He has few publications in the above-mentioned areas. He has presented papers at international conferences like BAM 2020, BAM2021, and EURAM2021 and attended research workshops.

Aamir Rashid is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM), bridging the gap between academic excellence and industry expertise. He has thrived in and actively shaped York College (YC)’s supportive academic environment. Among his key accomplishments is securing the prestigious “Career Success Fellowship 2024-25,” sponsored by the Centre of Transformation, CUNY. He is also engaged in the “Getting Started with ACUE Teaching with AI Program,”. Moreover, the current year brought several notable highlights. Dr. Rashid was honoured to be invited by the School Dean to deliver a lecture on “Global Production and Supply Chain Management” at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. Likewise, he hosts the “Business and Economics Talk” that engages the experts globally. His dedication to research excellence is demonstrated through more than fifty research publications in the field of expertise in top-tier journals. Beyond publishing, he has also actively shared his research on academic platforms, including presenting at the “2024 Spring Symposium” YC, City University of New York.
Dr. Jawed Qureshi is PhD in HRM and working as Associate Professor.

Dr. Rasheed has a Ph.D. in Management from France. She is a doctoral lecturer at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York, USA. Her research interests are related to strategic human resource management, human capital development, stress and social support, organizational culture, leadership roles in an organization, diversity management, organizational justice, employee empowerment, psychological capital, performance management, E-HRM and their different aspects. She is actively pursuing various research projects. Likewise, she is an expert in qualitative and quantitative methods. In recent months, she has published multiple papers in top-tier journals. Dr. Rasheed goes beyond her research by influencing the field through editorial work and rigorous peer review, ensuring high research standards.
