Nitendra Kumar received a Ph. D (Mathematics) from Sharda University, Greater Noida, India and a Master of Science (Mathematics and Statistics) from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad, India. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Noida with interests in Wavelets and its Variants, Data Mining, Inverse Problems, Epidemic Modeling, Fractional Derivatives Business Analytics, and Statistical Methods. He has more than 10 years of experience in his research areas. Dr Kumar has published many research papers in reputed journals and also published 6 books on engineering mathematics. He contributes to the research community by undertaking various volunteer activities in the capacity of editor for two edited books and guest Editor of reputed journals.
Surya Kant Pal is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, SSBSR, Sharda University. Dr. Pal Holds M.Phil. & Ph.D. in Statistics from Vikram University Ujjain. On the research front, His research focused on Statistics & Analytics. He has expertise in MS Office, SPSS 20.0, R, and Python Software. His research area includes Statistical Techniques, Sampling Theory, Multivariate Analysis, AI, ML & DL, and Data mining. He has published 5+ patents, 100+ research papers in Journals of National & International repute along with 10+ book chapters. He is not only known in India but famous abroad too, serving as editor & reviewer of more than 30 reputed International /National Journals.
Priyanka Agarwal , Ph.D. in Management has more than two decades of experience in research, industry, and academia and is presently associated as Associate Professor with Amity Business School, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh in the area of HR, OB & Psychology. She has been in the reviewer panel for conferences and has contributed to the Research community by collaborating with editorial board of special issues of UGC CARE, SCOPUS and WOS journals. She is a keen researcher and published research papers, case studies, book chapters in journals and books of repute . She has two edited books to her credit. Few of her research interests include Multi-generations in the Workplace, optimization in HR, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, emerging trends in business analytics . In addition to her expertise in teaching and research, her key role includes mentoring and grooming budding managers, being the Programme leader of MBA Programme over the last few years. She is also associate editor of Amity Journal of Entrepreneurship and Leadership. She brings in a good blend of professional expertise and humane approach that makes her quite accessible.
Joanna Rosak-Szyrocka is an Assistant Professor, Erasmus+ coordinator at the Faculty of Management, Czestochowa University of Technology, Poland. She specialized in the fields of digitalization, industry 5.0, quality 4.0, education, IoT, AI, and quality management. She completed a research internship at the University of Żilina, Slovakia, and at Silesia University of Technology, Poland. Participant in multiple Erasmus+ teacher mobility programs: Italy, UK, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and France. She held a series of lectures on Quality Management at universities in countries such as Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Hungary, and Italy. She cooperates with many universities both in the country (University of Szczecin, Rzeszów University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology), and abroad (including the University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia; Széchenyi István University, Hungary; University Faisalabad, Pakistan; University of Humanities, China, University of Technology Sydney, Australia; Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania; and Federal University Dutse, Nigeria). Vishal Jain is presently working as an Associate Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, U. P. India. Before that, he has worked for several years as an Associate Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi. He has more than 14 years of experience in the academics. He obtained Ph.D (CSE), M.Tech (CSE), MBA (HR), MCA, MCP and CCNA. He has authored more than 90 research papers in reputed conferences and journals, including Web of Science and Scopus. He has authored and edited more than 30 books with various reputed publishers, including Elsevier, Springer, Apple Academic Press, CRC, Taylor and Francis Group, Scrivener, Wiley, Emerald, NOVA Science and IGI-Global. His research areas include information retrieval, semantic web, ontology engineering, data mining, ad hoc networks, and sensor networks. He received a Young Active Member Award for the year 2012–13 from the Computer Society of India, Best Faculty Award for the year 2017 and Best Researcher Award for the year 2019 from BVICAM, New Delhi.
