This book develops a complete history of the most important guerrilla movements that emerged in Latin America during the Cold War. The complexity of the guerrilla phenomenon has been simplified by the literature on this object of research. Nevertheless, this book reflects the heterogeneity of the armed struggle in Latin America in two ways: the selection of case studies and the analysis of the different interactions between some of the guerrillas.
