Dr. Viktor Wang, a globally recognized professor in the Department of Educational Leadership & Technology at California State University, San Bernardino, USA, stands as a trailblazer in the field of Education. With an extensive body of work that includes over 240 peer-reviewed publications, he has made significant contributions to academic scholarship while fostering the growth of students and colleagues alike. His leadership in academic publishing has inspired peers to contribute more than 200 articles to his journals and over 1,500 chapters to his books, with collaborations from prominent scholars around the world. These publications are widely respected and cataloged by esteemed institutions, including the JOHN M. PFAU LIBRARY and other top-tier university libraries globally. Dr. Wang’s achievements have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious 2016 Presidential Award for Exceptional and Innovative Leadership from the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education, alongside several institutional honors such as the Distinguished Faculty and Scholarly Achievement Award. As a dedicated mentor, Dr. Wang has guided over 70 doctoral students through their dissertations, leaving an indelible mark on the future of education through his commitment to research, leadership, and innovation.
Thomas G. Reio, Jr. is a Professor of Adult Education and Human Resource Development in the Department of Leadership and Professional Studies at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Tom earned his PhD in Adult and Continuing Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has served as editor of Human Resource Development Review and co-editor of New Horizons in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. He is also serving as the Associate Editor for Human Resource Development Quarterly. He has been involved for a number of years in conducting research on educational and psychological principles such as motivation and emotions, and how they impact learning and performance in formal and informal contexts. His research concerns curiosity and risk-taking motivation, workplace socialization processes, workplace incivility, entrepreneurship, and workplace learning. His work has been published in leading journals in education, business, and psychology. These journals include Personality and Individual Differences, The Journal of Genetic Psychology, The Journal of School Psychology, Educational and Psychological Measurement,Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Journal of Management Development, International Journal of Self-Directed Learning, and Teaching and Teacher Education..He has over 16 years of experience as a training and development director, organizational consultant, and operations manager.
