Sandul Yasobant is a Junior Researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), Bonn, Germany. With technical qualification in public health, he has worked in health system research for several years in South East Asia regions especially in India. The major focus of his work has been in the area of the health system, surveillance, infectious disease, non-communicable disease, maternal child health through various translational and operational research. Other research areas of his interest include health system and policy research, global health governance, infectious diseases & one health, health technology application in action research. Beyond his research tenure, he is actively serving as an editorial board member/reviewer for many national and international scientific research journals in the field of public health.
Deepak Saxena is a Professor of Epidemiology with Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He is a Physician by training and holds Ph.D. in Epidemiology and a Post Doc from Karolinska University, Sweden. The major focus of his work has been Emerging Infectious diseases, Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR) and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). Other research areas of his interest include health system, Community trials, Cohort studies, health technology assessments and integrating technology for early detection of Outbreaks. He is actively serving as an Editor, editorial board member/reviewer for many national and international scientific research journals in the field of public health.
