Jeganathan Gomathi Sankar is a distinguished educator specializing in marketing, currently serving as a faculty member at the BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University and earned his Ph.D. from Pondicherry University. He focuses on information diffusion, ICT, marketing technology, and data science. Sankar has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics and Research Methods and Industrial Psychology. His impactful research contributions have been published in reputable journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC. He has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, earning best paper awards from prestigious institutions such as IIM and NIT. Sankar's teaching philosophy integrates theoretical insights with practical applications, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary marketing trends. His proficiency in analytical tools such as SPSS, AMOS, STATA, PowerBI, and Python enhances the sophistication of his research endeavors. Known for his engaging teaching style and commitment to academic excellence, he fosters an environment that encourages critical thinking among students. Sankar continues to shape future marketing professionals at the BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies, exemplifying his dedication to advancing knowledge in marketing and technology.
Arokiaraj David is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and leveraging skills to contribute to the development of research-informed teaching activities, an accomplished professional is being sought for a role as an Associate Professor. A wealth of knowledge and expertise is brought to the academic arena through the attainment of a Ph.D. in International Business (Management) from Pondicherry Central University, earned through full-time dedication from 2011 to 2016. The academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management & Human Resources Management from Pondicherry Central University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Travel Management (2005-2008), both pursued on a full-time basis. Additionally, a Master of Commerce in Finance & Control was pursued at Alagappa University from 2011 to 2013 through part-time engagement, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning. In addition to these educational achievements, a Post Diploma in Computer Application was completed in 2007-08 on a full-time basis, enhancing proficiency in modern technological tools. With a comprehensive academic background, the role of Associate Professor was served at Al Tareeqah Management Studies, Swiss Business School, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As an aspiring post holder, eagerness to manage and expand income-generating activities, provide academic area leadership, and oversee the design and development of curricula is demonstrated. The goal is to make a significant contribution to the leadership, management, and development of teaching and learning strategies, aligning with academic standards and leading-edge practices. Leveraging experience and knowledge, a commitment to enhancing the quality of education and learning experiences for students while upholding the highest academic standards is maintained.
