Mehmet Durnali, Ph.D., received his doctorate in Education Administration in 2018 from the Institute of Educational Science at Hacettepe University, Turkey. He is an assistant professor of educational sciences at the Faculty of Education, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University. He has published several books, book chapters, articles and conference papers in the field of educational administration, school effectiveness, school leadership, educational supervision, teacher training, organizational goals, organizational behaviors, psychological assessment, the use of ICT in education, knowledge management, technological leadership, lifelong learning and project management.
İbrahim Limon, Ph.D., received his doctorate on Educational Administration in 2019, Institute of Educational Sciences, Abant Izzet Baysal University, Bolu, Turkey. He is currently working for the Ministry of Turkish National Education as an English teacher. His main research interests are educational administration, school improvements, psychological assessment, the psychology of high school students and teacher education.
