Fernando Moreira is graduated in Computer Science (1992), M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering (1997) and Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (2003), both at FEUP. He is member of the DEMI at Portucalense University since 1992, currently as Associate Professor and a visiting professor at the University of Porto Business School. He teaches subjects related to undergraduate and pos-graduated studies. He supervises several Ph.D. and M.Sc. students. He is a (co-)author of several scientific publications with peer-review on national and international conferences. He serves as a member of EAB for several books and journals. He has already regularly serves as a member of Programme Committees of national and international conferences, namely ICEIS, CISTI, WorldCISTI, InSITE, PATTERNS, INTELLI, ICONS, CIAWI and CENTRIS. He is the coordinator of the M.Sc. of Computation. He is associated with NSTICC, ACM and IEEE. His principal research areas are mobile computing, ICT in education, mobile learning and social business.
Anabela Mesquita is professor at the Porto Accounting and Business School/Polytechnic of Porto since 1990. She has been the Vice Dean of the school between 2007 and 2018. She is the President of the SPACE European network. She is also a member of the Algoritmi Research Centre (Minho University) and the former Director of CICE (Research Centre for Communication and Education). She has been (and is) involved in many European and National research projects both as a researcher and as a coordinator. She has published numerous papers in various international journals and conference proceedings. She is a member of the Programme Committee and Scientific Committee of several national and International conferences, in most cases also as a referee. She serves as Member of the Editorial Board and referee for IGI Global. She also serves as Associate Editor of the Information Resources Management Journal and is co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction. She has also been evaluator and reviewer for European Commission projects.
