Dr. J.Avanija completed her Ph.D at Anna University Chennai, India and currently working as Professor in the School of Computing, Mohan Babu University,Andhra Pradesh,Tirupati,India. Her research area of interests include Semantic Web Mining, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning Big Data and Cloud Computing. She has 23 years of experience in academia and has 15 patents published and few granted to her credit. She has published more than 60 papers in reputed international journals/conferences indexed in SCI/Scopus/Web of Science/Google Scholar and 6 authored/edited books. She has undergone a course on Design Thinking in collaboration with IUCEE EPICS Purdue University, USA. She is also an Innovation Ambassador associated with IIC, MHRD, Govt. of India. She has been serving as reviewer and editorial board member for various international journals. She is a Senior member of IEEE and member of ACM.

As a researcher, apart from Blockchains, Cryptocurrencies, Fog Computing, Mobile Cloud Computing and Cloud Computing, Dr. Sam Goundar also researches in Educational Technology, Artificial Intelligence, ICT in Climate Change, ICT Devices in the Classroom, Using Mobile Devices in Education, and e-Government. He has published on all these topics. He was a Research Fellow with the United Nations University. He is a Senior Lecturer in CS at British University Vietnam, Adjunct Senior Lecturer at The University of the South Pacific, Affiliate Professor of Information Technology at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Del Peru, and Adjunct Professor at The University of Fiji.

She has filed and published 21 National and International Patents and few of them granted too. To her profile, she has more than 70 papers in International journals/conferences indexed in SCI/Scopus/Web of Science/Google Scholar and 5 edited/authored books. She has undergone a course on Design Thinking in collaboration with IUCEE EPICS Purdue University, USA. She is also an Innovation Ambassador associated with IIC, MHRD, Govt. of India. She is the Convener of Springer International Conferences, ICDIC 2021, ICIHCNN-2022, and other conferences NCKITS-2022,NCKITS-2023 and ICATAS 2023. She received grant of Rs.2,00,000/- from DST SERB for organizing the International Conference ICIHCNN-2022. She is the Senior member of IEEE, life member of CSI,IETE, ISTE, member of ACM and faculty advisor for Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS) Student chapter.
