He has graduated with a Ph.D, Masters of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Graduate School of Business and Leadership at the University of KwaZulu Natal. He has also graduated with a Bachelors degree in Management from the Business Studies Unit at Durban University of Technology. He has a keen interest in Leadership, Management, Emotional Intelligence and Design Thinking.
