Udaya Sankar Patro is presently working as a Lecturer at Rayagada Autonomous College, Rayagada, Odisha. He has completed a Master of Business Administration from GIET University, Gunupur, India. His research interest is on Workplace Spirituality, Work life Integrity and Human Resource Management. He has published three patents in India and abroad. He is a passionate researcher and a true academician who teaches the subjects such as Management and Theory Practices, Managerial Economics, and Human Resource Management. He has published one paper in National Journal and two book chapters.
