Tapaswini Panda is presently working as Guest Faculty at Model Degree College, Rayagada, Odisha. She has completed Master of Business Administration from GIET University, Gunupur, India. Her research interest is on Work Life Balance, Quality of Work Life and Human Resource Information System. She has published three patents in India and abroad. She is a passionate researcher and a true academician teaches the subject such as Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Change. She has published one paper in National Journal and two book chapters.
