Swati Shah

Swati Shah is a Ph.D in Tourism with specialization in the area of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction in the service Industry. She holds experience of approximately 10 years in academics. In her academic career, she has worked with reputed institutions like Amity University, Noida, Kalindi College Delhi University, CVS Delhi University and Kumaun University Nainital. She has been actively involved with students from teaching, training, placements and designing of the course curriculum. In her academic career she has also participated in research workshops, seminar and conferences. Some of her research work is published in journals of international repute.
