Sumanta Bhattacharya is a Research Scholar at MAKAUT, a Public Policy Analyst, Chartered economist, Chartered Engineer, Cyber Crime Intervention officer and Zonal advisor at Consumer Rights Organization .He holds the record for maximum number of degree and certificate courses in Asia. He completed his M.Tech along with that he has MA in Development studies, LLB, Masters in Security and Defence Law, MA in Economics, MBA . He has done Diploma in International affairs and Diplomacy, Diploma in Governance and Government studies, Post graduation certificate course in Public policy and Advocacy, MPI from Oxford University followed by that Dr Bhattacharya did many courses from different International and National organization which includes ISRO,ABDI,UN,IIGL,NCAS,NIRDPR .Currently pursuing his PH.D-Tech, he has a PH.D in Human Rights also completed 108 courses in a span for 5 months along with that he is having 216 research papers, his research is versatile specialised in various topics, He has 46 book chapters and 70 national and International Patents .
