Stephen G. Fridakis

Stephen G. Fridakis is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer of Verily, an Alphabet Health Sciences company. He has responsibility for certifications, attestations, security risk and strategic planning. Prior to Verily, he was the CISO of the WW Int'l, HBO, United Nations UNDP, and FAO serving in NY and Italy. His long experience in IT security includes positions at VeriSign, Oracle, Netscape, and DHL. He holds post graduate degrees in Business Administration, and Computer Science, and multiple certifications in IT Security Management and Disaster Recovery. He has served in the USNR and is the holder of multiple patents in IT Security technologies. He is a volunteer EMT and lives in Austin, TX with his family.
