Shahab Haider

Shahab Haider received his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science (16 years) from University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 2003, and the M.S. degree in Information Technology (18 years) from Institute of Management Sciences, Pakistan in 2014. He completed his PhD in Computer Engineering in 2020 from the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Engineering, GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. Shahab was with the Institute of Business and Management Sciences, University of Agriculture, Peshawar, Pakistan as a Lecturer from 2006 to 2010. He also served at the KPK Ministry of Health, Pakistan as Network Administrator from 2011 to 2016. After his services at KPK Ministry of Health, he worked at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI) of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Pakistan as Lecturer from September 2016 to June 2019. In August 2019, he joined City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT), Pakistan as Lecturer, Computer Science. He was promoted to Assistant Professor, Computer Science at CUSIT in September 2020. After being further promoted, he is currently working as Associate Professor, Computer Science at CUSIT since June 2022. Moreover, he is a member of the Telecommunications and Networking (TeleCoN) Research Lab at GIKI. His research interests include vehicular Mobile Ad hoc Networks, Vehicular Ad hoc Networks, Network security, and routing and switching.
