Sasmita Misra

Sasmita Misra is an Assistant professor in HR and OB in the School of Business Management, NMIMS, HYDERABAD. She brings expertise in Talent management, Legal Aspects of HR, OB, and organizational development. She has over 25 years of teaching and industry exposure, out of which 14 years at NMIMS, School of Business Management. She has been certified by XLRI in Advanced Human Resources Management and SHRM and certified by IIM Rohtak in the area of HR analytics. She has conducted MDP in the areas of legal aspects and stress management and time management. She has undertaken FDP in the areas of Emotional intelligence for teachers. She has published a book on competency mapping and its role in Talent Management. At NMIMS she has spearheaded various HR conclaves and social initiatives taken up by the organization. Dr Sasmita holds a PhD in the area of Talent Management and is post graduate in HR. She has qualified NET conducted by UGC.
