Sarah Swann

Sarah Swann trained and worked as a Teacher of English where she cut her teeth in inner city ‘sink’ secondary schools, pupil referral units and leafy green schools before moving on to teach on the PGCE Secondary Education (11-16) course in English. The chapter is based on the practical teaching, learning and assessment strategies she modelled to ITE students. Now as Course Director, she currently provide academic leadership of the following courses: MA Leadership of School Mental Health & Wellbeing; MA Education, Ethics and Leadership; MA Inclusive Practice in Education; MA Childhood and Early Years; PGCert Leadership of School Mental Health & Wellbeing; PGDip Specialist of School Mental Health & Wellbeing.
