S. Vanila received her B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr.Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering, Manonmanium Sundaranar University, Tiruchendur, Tamilnadu, India in 2003. She received her M.E. degree in Embedded systems and Technologies from CEG, Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India in 2008. She is working towards the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. Her major research interests include H.264/AVC video coding and, signal processing, and VLSI design
