S. Catherine

Catherine S. is an accomplished academician and researcher with expertise in the field of Management, particularly in Marketing. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, specializing in Marketing. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in Marketing & Finance, B.Ed. in Mathematics & Computer Science, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Dr. Catherine has cultivated a rich understanding of various disciplines. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani, She brings over a decade of teaching experience to her role. She has also held teaching positions at AMET University and Jeppiaar Engineering College, where she imparted knowledge in subjects such as Strategy Management, Retail Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Consumer Behaviour, among others. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, contributes to the academic community through her administrative roles. She has served as a Visiting Faculty at Centre for Distance Education MBA Department, ACT Campus Anna University, and Directorate of Online Education, SRM University. She has also been involved in setting question papers and examining MBA projects for SRM Deemed to Be University. A prolific researcher, has published numerous research articles in prestigious journals, addressing various aspects of marketing and consumer behavior. She has also presented papers in national and international conferences, showcasing her expertise and contributing to the academic discourse. Her dedication to academia is evident not only through her teaching and research but also through her active participation in workshops, faculty development programs, and conferences. She continuously seeks opportunities to enhance her skills and knowledge, staying abreast of the latest developments in her field. With a passion for education and a commitment to advancing knowledge in her area of expertise, she epitomizes excellence in academia.
