Raji Swaminathan

Raji Swaminathan , Ph.D., Professor in the Department of Educational Policy & Community Studies in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her research and teaching interests span innovative methods in qualitative research, urban education and international alternative education. She has authored six books and has been the recipient of several teaching and research awards. She conducts professional development for teachers in alternative schools internationally.
