Pedro Figueroa

Pedro Figueroa is President and Co-founder of DiploCientifica, the Science Diplomacy Network for Latin-America and the Caribbean. Multilingual professional with experience as policy counselor and project manager in international partnerships. He is an expert engaged in long-standing endeavours for the promotion of Science Diplomacy. His career focused to the intersection of scientific cooperation, international affairs, policy advice and global challenges. Pedro was head of the International Relations Unit at CONICYT – The Chilean Agency for Research and Development. He studied Political Science and International Relations.
