Pankaj Rahi

Pankaj Rahi has completed his M.Phil in Computer Science from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem (NAAC A+, UGC & DSIR accredited) in 2009 and Ph.D in Computer Application from Chandigarh University(NAAC A+, NIRF, QS Ranking University), Mohali, Punjab India. He has also qualified with Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madhurai with Specialization in Community Health Demography and Biostatistics, Medical Record Management. His core research areas are Simulation Modeling of Smart eHealth Systems, eHealth Informatics, mHealth and Predictive Modeling and Data Mining, Telemedicine. Dr. Pankaj Rahi is a State Awardee of Chandigarh Administration, Chandigarh and conferred the State-level Commendation Certification from Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of U.T-Chandigarh on 15th August 2020 for his best contributions as COVID-Warrior in the area of implementations of IT Systems, eGovernance initiatives in Health. He is also active team member of bringing out the eGovernance-Innovations of online Aadhar-enabled Birth Registration of Infants at hospitals in U.T Chandigarh, Implementations of online Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme through Public Financial Management System, Implementation of eSanjeevani- National Tele-Consultations Services at Health and Wellness Centres in UT Chandigarh. He is an Information Technology and Public Health Professional, with over 15+ years of experience in the academic and research areas in the domains of Information Communication Technology-Systems (ICT-S). He is an experienced IT-professional, teacher and researcher with publications in several National and International Journals. He has also acknowledged 5 Information Technology- Design Patents and 10 Intellectual Property Rights-registered with the Controller General of Patents, Design and Trade Marks, Platform –Govt. of India under Ministry of Industry and Commerce. He is highly skilled in Simulation and Modeling using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Research Methodology and Data Mining, Analytics for Predictive Modeling.
