Neeta Dhusia Sharma is an experienced academician currently working as an Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies, SMIT, Sikkim. She has 20 years of teaching & Industrial experience. President of an NGO, ‘Avigna the saviour welfare society”. Has authored several research papers related to various topics in Finance, Management, Renewable energy and Banking . Her maximum research works have appeared in Scopus, UGC Care and ABDC journals. She serves as a research guide, mentoring scholars in their academic and research pursuits.
