Nabila Khurshid

Nabila Khurshid , Associate Professor (Tenured) at the Department of Economics at COMSATS University Islamabad. Dr. Khurshid earned her PhD in Agricultural Economics with a specialization in Development Economics. She is also a Gold Medalist in her bachelor’s (Agri-Economics & Rural Sociology, University of Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir) and master’s program (Rural Development, NWFP Agriculture University Peshawar). Her teaching and research interests are in Applied microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Development Economics, International Economics, Rural Development and Tourism and Environmental and Agricultural Economics. Dr. Khurshid has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals of international repute. She is also on a reviewer panel of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and NTS Subject Committee in Economics. In last 5 years, she has supervised research dissertations of 08 masters and 06 bachelor students. Dr. Khurshid is an n HEC approved supervisor.
