Monika Yadav is an Assistant Professor in Commerce and Management at KR Mangalam University, where she has been contributing her expertise since September 2022. Prior to her current position, she served as an Assistant Professor at Starex University, Gurugram, where she played a vital role in shaping the academic curriculum and mentoring students. With a background in Human Resources, Dr. Yadav also worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Bytexus Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, for nearly six years.
