Mohd Akbar

Mohd Akbar is currently working as a Lecturer at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. He is a Post Doctoral Fellow Scholar from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore. He holds a Ph. D. in Computer Science and Engineering and is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering. He has published several research papers in Journals and Patents to his credit. His research areas of interest expertise Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, Internet of Things, Image Processing and Telehealth. He has more than two decades of teaching experience, in national and international, in higher education. In addition to the academic excellence, he has also been involved in content development for various Computer Science/IT related courses, research activities, editorial board members, reviews, technical committees, chief guest, keynote speakers, professional body members, and organizing the symposiums.
