Mohammad Faraz Naim

Mohammad Faraz Naim is presently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, BITS Pilani India. He has completed PhD in Human Resources Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee India. Prior to that, he completed his MBA in Human Resource Management and holds a bachelor’s in biotechnology. His research interests include GenY/Millennials, talent management, knowledge management, high performance work systems, social media in HR and employee branding.
