Margaret Crowe

Margie Crowe is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant colonel, leadership & DEI consultant, published writer, higher education director and professor with broad experience in government and civilian programs, strategic planning, as well as published works focused on leadership practices affecting policies and programs in social justice, anti-racism, and DEI. She has consulted for the military, law enforcement, and private sector, as well as presented at academic and professional conferences on topics related to leadership, DEI, and digital equity and literacy. Margie holds a BA in political science, MS in international relations/national security, MA in special education, a postgraduate degree and a doctorate degree in educational leadership, and a training certificate in racial equity literacy facilitation.
