Kate Maloney Williams

Kate Maloney Williams , MSc, is a PhD Candidate in International Education Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park. Her research interests lie in the intersection between new literacies, digital pedagogy, ICT4E, and education in emergencies. Currently, she provides research and evaluation support to the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center at the University of Maryland, College Park and is a consultant to UNICEF. She also holds a MSc in Media, Communication & International Development from The London School of Economics and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Literacy Education from the University of Rhode Island. She has provided technical assistance on several aid projects and been a lecturer at Loyola University Maryland.
